On the day of your arrival, we welcome you from 4pm until 6.30pm. We take a 30% down payment on booking and the balance one month from the date of your arrival. Cancellation conditions: - Refund 100% of your stay, if your cancellation occurs more than a month from your arrival date. - Refund 50% of your stay, if your cancellation occurs between 30 days and 15 days of your arrival date. - However, we want to remain flexible and if the French state establishes at the national level a new confinement less than 30 days from the beginning of your stay, or if travel between European countries is prohibited by the governments of different countries, it will be possible to have a full refund of the stay or a voucher to have over the next 18 months, the condition being that the cancellation must be made within two days of the announcement of the containment. This Property will be valid on all our offer of tourist stays, in our guest rooms "La Giraudasse" in Soulatge, our cottage "La Grange" in Rouffiac des Corbières, or our villa "The House of two castles" in Duilhac under Peyrepertuse.
