60 km east of Valence (Drôme), Savel is a Provencal hamlet of mountain: quiet, authentic nature, mere contact with the inhabitants. The nearby river, many sports and village festivals in the summer make the place very attractive. The cottage (85 m²) is bright, without vis-à-vis well equipped: Strength guaranteed! It is part of a complex of buildings grouped about a courtyard and is the eastern edge of the building. It has direct access from the access road to the hamlet and is the ground floor (but, difference of two steps). It is composed as follows: Large living room (40 m ²) with fireplace and wood stove. 1 small room (10 m²) with 140 cm bed. A mezzanine loft with 2 bed-room and a television. A kitchen with a fireplace, bathroom with large bath, separate toilet. Use of a washing machine if necessary. Wood heating and electric heaters, natural air conditioning by walls 70 cm thick, double glazing and shutters effective. With its opening facing south overlooking the valley of the Bramevache, it is bright and without vis-à-vis. All the typical elements of the old building have been preserved (small windows and pigeon) by way of openings annexes, aesthetic considerations were largely present at the restoration of this space. An exterior is made available for meals and rest but does not allow barbecues. The grill should be performed exclusively in the kitchen fireplace. (Fire Safety)
