Located on the edge of the village of Nouic with all shops, is our terraced cottage, which has been classed as three keys by Clévacances. The Gîte has been recenctly reovated by ourselves, to create a relaxing atmosphere. The Cottage comprises on the ground floor the living room with fireplace, exposed beams, DVD, stereo and television. Also there is the kitchen with dining area with oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is also access to the garden with terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double room with exposed beams and original oak floor, second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and separate bath, toilet and sink. There is a private garden behind the house with terrace, barbaque and table and chairs. Bed linen and towels are ready for your arrival. Also we have for your children's needs; a highchair, board games, potty, DVD's, cot. We ask our clients not to smoke in the house and we do not allow animals in our Gîte.
