General conditions of sale: the holiday home - Simone Hild - 9 rue de la Ferme - 67680 Nothalten - Non-professional furnished rental company - Reservations are confirmed by receipt of your request and a non-refundable deposit (25% of the stay). The owner may possibly agree to a partial or total refund for reasons of force majeure. We accept payments by credit card, checks, transfers, cash, and connected holiday vouchers and others. – Arrival Time: from 16h- Late arrivals must be reported before arrival. – Departure time: 10am. We thank you for noting that the house are strictly non-smoking. Animals are no longer allowed for reasons of hygiene - The capacity: - Lodging: 5 people - If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner may refuse additional people. Private parking. The price indicated is all charges included, but does not include:  The tourist tax: 1.10 € / person / day and per adult over 18 years -  The cleaning of the cottage: 45 € -  Charging for electric car with dedicated meter and any options - All changes to the stay must be notified to the owner by email pending his agreement - Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, no amount will be due and any deposit already paid will be refunded in full. Cancellation between 29 and 8 days before arrival: In case of cancellation occurring between 29 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit already paid will remain due and will not be refunded. No additional amount will be required beyond the initial deposit. Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival or absence of cancellation notification: If the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, or if the tenant does not come forward to occupy the rental, the total amount of the reservation will be due and non-refundable. Shortened stay: In case of early departure after the beginning of the stay, the total amount of the rental remains with the lessor. No refunds will be made for unused days. However, the owner may grant reimbursement on an exceptional basis.
