The Franluquière is an old house built in 1805, mud brick, nestled in a park of 5000m² completely enclosed and wooded area where you will discover refreshing shade under a small pond and a playground for children (playhouse, sandbox, swings). It has 5 bedrooms: 2 with a 140 bed, 2 attic rooms with 1 bed room 90 and a baby fully equipped (bed, playpen, highchair, stroller, changing mat) and a mezzanine with a sofa sofa (140 bed). The day portion consists of two lounges, one with a fireplace, tv, dvd, dining room, large kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, etc...). The bathroom is very spacious (25 m²) and very light with a small winter garden is equipped with a shower and a large spa bath and a sitting toilet. Another closet includes basin and WC. Outside a large terrace (50 m²) has a semi-covered summer kitchen with sink, stove and barbecue. Full central heating equipment and provides comfort during winter. Although located in a small hamlet, once inside the property you will have no opposite and enjoy peace and quiet. You will be a ½ hour from Toulouse, the pink city, with its monuments (Capitol, St. Sernin, ...), museums and Space City, and ½ hours of Pyrenees mountains you will enjoy the view from your cottage. You'll also 1 hour from Foix (Castle Count), Spain (Bossost Viella) and a little further Pas de la Casa and Andorra. You will find all shops and services at 4 km in the charming village of Fousseret, the water bodies Peyssies 8 km, all accessible by bicycle as any minor roads surrounding ballads that allow you to everyone. You will be at the foot of the Pyrenees and in winter you can reach between 1 and 1h30 car more than a dozen ski resorts and nordic skiing, so you can discover a different place every day, and return you to your you warm up around a cozy fire in the fireplace in your cottage.
