Near Cluny, famous for its abbey, its equestrian center (the largest in France), the engineering school of arts and crafts, its market, its many programs of cultural activities, close to the ecumenical community of Taizé. You will be in touch with our agent that you install. NB Housing on two levels (first and second.) Annexes ground floor. 1st floor: living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace with a large window of 4 m. Second floor: Separate WC and bathroom. Two bedrooms. Plenty of storage at both levels. Basement: boiler fuel, laundry, drying room, second fridge, freezer. Many animals in the meadows around.

LOCALISATION IN THE SAÔNE-ET-LOIRE

Cluny is 24 km from the highway: A6 and A40 south Macon. On leaving the motorway head towards Cluny. NB Observe the speed limit on this section: frequent checks. Details to access the shelter will be provided personally to tenants after the final regulation. Warning: the winters are sometimes harsh and snowy. Tenants will learn about traffic conditions and facilities. They will have to bear alone the consequences of bad weather. My advice to follow my route rather than that indicated by some GPS especially in winter. Some tourists were stranded in the snowy woods by following a different route.

POLICY

Tariff and terms of payment.
Electricity pay beyond a package of 50 kw per week included in the rent (rarely exceeded). The household is 50 € (not optional) per stay to be paid on arrival. The lease is entered into the settlement (within 4 days) of the deposit with the contract signed by the tenant. Contacts not confirmed by this shipment will not be considered if new application. The owner then returns the signed contract. The balance must be adjusted 15 days prior to arrival as required by contract. Payment can be made by check or wire transfer only French bank account owner in a single payment (full payment of rent) or two installments (payment at the time of the commitment balance paid 15 days before entering the premises.) It is best to bring personal linen and towels if rental rates are available on request (payable on arrival.) Eg for 2 persons: 25 € (double bed sheets for 2 lots of towels cloths) 15 € per batch of sheets and towels.
Terms of stay.
The weeks are rented from Saturday (arrival between 16h and 19h) to Saturday (departure from 8h30h and 10) or 7 nights.
Thank you for respecting these times to facilitate the work of the person responsible for the reception. She could refuse a late arrival home and defer to the next.
Contact her as soon as possible in the days prior to arrival to set the reception arrangements.
Note: The weeks are due in full in case of late arrival or early departure due to the tenant.
To help establish the contract and to organize the scene thus indicate specifically your full details and composition of the household: number of persons, baby, presence of animals received a supplement of 3 € per day capped at 30 € per stay (to be paid on arrival.)
