Of 240 m², the house has 7 rooms including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accomodate up to 10 people. Outside: The garden of 1000 m² is enclosed with an electric gate, the pool is heated and secure (open from May to October). The garden furniture is of high-end quality and you can spend evenings 'al fresco' under the covered terrace, equipped with infrared radiant for the evenings a bit cooler... Inside: the house has been renovated and tastefully decorated. Furniture and equipment are of high quality. On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living and the first dining room on one side and the second dining room on the other side. From this large living room of about 100m², one can access by a hallway to a dressing room, a laundry room (washing machine and extra fridge (dryer in the shed outside)) and a separate toilet, then a room with a bed 180cm-wide and a bathroom en suite. Upstairs, four bedrooms with two beds in 160-wide, a 120-wide bed, three beds 90-wide and a cot) and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with 1 bedroom). This cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the beaches of the wild coast and the peninsula of Guerande (La Baule, Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac Penestin...). Local shops are 1.5 km. No rental on weekends during the school holidays and from June to September inclusive. Minimum rental 15 days, from June 30 to September 1 (Euro 5000).
