POLICY

Terms Location:
Rent starts at 16h and ends at 11am.
The rental agreement becomes effective with our email and upon receipt of a payment equal to 50% of the cost of the stay.
All rentals are personal and can never be sub-let or sold.
In the absence of the written message stating that the customer had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental is available 24 hours after the date specified on the contract and full payment is due.
No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival.
If canceled, it will be retained or duty;
-An amount equal to 20% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival;
-An amount equal to the total of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the scheduled arrival or if you do not then.
A deposit of 200 € will be requested upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after inventory. A lump sum of 40 € will be charged if the household has not been done before you leave.
All equipment will be replaced or paid off.
It is the client to make sure.
The balance of the stay is payable in full on the date of arrival of your stay.
