Domaine du Chasselas originates from the 17th century and consists of a splendidly restored farmhouse la maison du Chasselas, a beautiful situated gîte La Grappe with a stunning view and a characteristic shed. Of course on the grounds there are a sun terrace with a swimming pool! Enjoy this beautiful countryside with its exhilarating sweetness. View over the valley, from the terrace as from inside the house. The farmhouse is just the right thing for (large) families and groups. A 2nd house, with no vis-à-vis, is nearby. Swimming pool and play area are shared on the domain for your pleasure. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor: kitchen indep (integrated elements, microwave, wood stove), large lounge (wood stove, chairs, sofas), 1 bedroom (1x140, bathroom / wc). On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2x90), 1 bedroom (1x200) bathroom / wc, 1 suite (1x90 + 1x200), 1 bathroom / wc, mezzanine 1 bedroom (1x130). Laundry. No rental of kitchen linens. Optional: rental of sheets, towels. Additional information: baby equipment available on request: high chair, bathtub.

LOCALISATION IN THE TARN-ET-GARONNE
GPS coordinates : degree of latitude: 44° 9' 48.32 N. degree of longitude: 0° 57' 30.43 E. At Cahors on the A20 in the direction to Toulouse you take exit 57 in the direction of Villeneuve sur Lot / Cahors centre. After paying the toll straight on, then at the round about ¾ (D820) direction Cahors. Pass through St. Pierre-Lafeuille. After a long descent take the third exit on the round about direction Montauban, Villeneuve, Agen. On the third round about (in Cahors) take the second exit on to the D 653 in the direction of Villeneuve s-Lot / Agen. Follow the D 653 in the direction of Toulouse Bis and don't take the D7! Follow the direction Montcuq/Moissac, so don't turn of to Villeneuve. After Montcuq the road number changes into D 953 direction Toulouse Bis/ Lauzerte / Moissac /Valence d'Agen. Keep on the D 953 direction Toulouse / Valence d'Agen until you reach the round about at Fourquet. This is approximately 15 km after Lauzerte. Attention: drive straight on en do not take the right hand side to Castelsagrat! On the left you see a small gas-station. After 3.3 km take the road on your right hand side onto the V3: direction Castelsagrat. Mind you, there are more side-roads to Castelsagrat, but you shouldn't take these. Follow the road up the hill. At the top of the hill after 1.5 km you'll find Le Domaine du Chasselas on your left hand side. In the unlikely case that you are lost, take one of the roads to Castelsagrat. On the market place take the road next to the bakery on your right hand side. At the end of the village take the D28. After about 400 meter to the left up the D46 in the direction of Gasques. Again after 400 meter go left in the direction of St. Clair. Stay on that road, so don't take the road to St. Clair on your right. After 1,5 km you find Domaine du Chasselas at your right hand. You can also phone us, and then we'll pick you up in the village!

POLICY
General conditions.
Reservation.
You can make a reservation by telephone, by e-mail, or you can write a letter. We'll send you a confirmation and invoice. If you pay 30% of the invoice amount 10 days from date of the reception of the confirmation your reservation is assured. When you make a reservation within 8 weeks of commencement of the renting period you have to pay the complete amount at once on our account within 10 days to be sure of your reservation.
Payment of the remainder.
The remaining amount of the invoice has to be paid at least 8 weeks before the commencement of the renting period. If we didn't receive the money by then, the reservation expires and the conditions mentioned under annulment become effective. Before you can use the facilities, the complete invoice amount must have been settled.
Renting.
We would appreciate it if you don't smoke inside the facilities. The holiday houses and the caravan are let by week from Saturday 15.00 up to next Saturday 10.00. Out of season a different hiring period can be considered.
On payment we can place extra beds. This must be indicated in advance.
The sheets, towels and dishtowels are not included in the rent.
Gas and water are included in the rent. Electricity is free up till a certain amount. The amounts for the different cottages are mentioned in the list of prices. If you use more electricity then this is settled with the guarantee sum.
We assume that you leave behind the house as you rented it. If such isn't the case, we charge you for the cleaning-up, which we withhold on the guarantee sum. The camp-site charge is per day from 15.00 till 11.00. Electricity (maximum 6 amps) is calculated separately.
The landlord always has the right in case of necessary maintenance to enter the premises and to carry out the activities. The maintenance of the swimming pool and the grounds will be carried out with as little as possible nuisance.
Pets.
After consultation most pets are welcome. The normal behaviour rules apply of course, therefore dogs on a leash.
Deposit.
The deposit has to be paid in advance with the last instalment, before commencement of the renting period. The amount depends on which house you rent. You can find the amount of the deposit in the price list. After the house or caravan has been checked out and no damage has been done, the deposit will be paid back within two weeks with deduction of the additional used electricity. The tenant is responsible for all caused damage, also from co-travellers and pets. If the deposit should be insufficient, then the tenant must pay the additional amount.
Liability.
The stay and use of the facilities of Domaine du Chasselas is completely for your own risk. We cannot accept liabilities for damage or inconveniences which are arisen on the estate. We'll do everything your make stay a success. For inconveniences resulted from changes in the situation we also cannot accept liability. The tenant agrees to inhabit the rented with the utmost care and have consideration for the environment. If the tenant does not behave as a good tenant should, for instance bother the other guests, he can be barred from the rented premises. The lease is then legally dissolved and there can be no claiming of repayment of the rent.
Annulment.
In case of an annulment longer than 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental period, the whole deposit will be paid back, with deduction of € 25, - for administration costs, if the landlord succeeds in finding another tenant. In case of an annulment 8 weeks for the beginning or after commencement of the renting period we cannot do repayment. No compensation is paid in case of circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend you to take out a complete travel - and cancellation insurance.
