Gîte in Gironde Lande: In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Landes de Gascogne, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and Arcachon Bay, new house, not overlooked, located in a very quiet hamlet, halfway between the villages of Belin-Beliet and Salles (5 km), a barnyard of 2 ha. This cottage for up to 6 people, very comfortable, comes with relatively spacious rooms including a living / dining room (two 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, tv, internet, dvd player, library, dining room table 8 people.) which opens onto a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture as well as: an independent kitchen. A scullery / laundry with washing machine (facing garage) - 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) - 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90) - 1 bedroom upstairs (2 beds of 90) - 1 bathroom with 1 bath and a shower. A toilet. 1 large room (floor) with games and reading area with a sofa bed climate. For walking, hiking or possibility of cycling, the many forest trails and on the bike path connecting the South-Gironde (Bazas) in Arcachon Bay, Leyre down the canoe from its source (the Sabres heathland) to Arcachon Bay (Teich and Biganos). To access the vast ocean beaches, you will need between 30 and 45 minutes drive. The two villages near the cottage, have shops and services (supermarket, post office, doctors etc..) - Large shopping area, supermarket and railway station and 18 km (Biganos). Access to the lodging by A63 (Bordeaux-Spain), exit 21 (Belin-Beliet/salles take D3 left (Belin-Beliet) to 1.2 km and turn left (at the end of zebras) an avenue of land of 300 m and you arrived at the lodge.
