Floor : 1st mezzanine room (1 bed 140, convenient) - 2nd bedroom (2 beds 90, wardrobe). Garden : garden furniture, 2 chairs, parasol, barbecue. Parking the car in the yard, bike shed.

Gite de fromentaux
We stayed in this delightful gite in Beaumont-en-Veron and found it very comfortable with everything one could want for an enjoyable stay. The back terrace overlooking the garden is very private and is lovely to sit out on for meals or a drink. Shops and restaurants are only about 10 minutes drive away, and the surrounding vineyards and countryside are delightful to wander or cycle around. Nicole and René are very friendly, hospitable and full of good advice about what to see in the area. We found it a good base for touring around the Loire-Anjou-Touraine region, and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers.

Access itinerary

Coming from A11 and A85 Angers exit 5 to D 749 Oatmeal direction Chinon. After U platform and Total station take the first road on the right. At the stop sign and cross the 4th house on right. Coming from Tours by A 85 exit # 25 towards Chinon and Bourgueil at the roundabout of Beaumont en Véron to 3 / 4 of a turn towards Détilly. Opposite the castle turn right, 2nd house on the left.
