Our property is located half way between Toulouse and Carcassonne, the rolling hills of Lauragais. The property features two apartments with a total capacity of 10. Our first holiday in the extension of our house is an old forge, in which we have highlighted the beautiful white stone of the region. The farmhouse dates from the seventeenth century. We Aquis property in 2004 and have completed the restoration of the house in 2005. The garden of the house, you will have a panoramic view of the Lauragais, fields of sunflowers and wheat. Le Moulin du Village is a backdrop to the west of the property where you can admire the sunsets in the summer. The environment we've created is conducive to calm, to play for children with swimming pool and a playground, but also work if you need it, with an internet connection. On the ground floor, an open space of 60 m² with a seating area, kitchen and toilets. On the first floor, three bedrooms, two in a row, with 6 beds (2 beds 90 beds 160.2 in the children's room) and bathroom. Whether for a few days or months, we will try to make your stay enjoyable. We provide free bed linen and towels and toiletries. All shops are located approximately 9 km Villefranche de Lauragais. In the region, you can enjoy the food, but also visit cities like Toulouse and its red brick, the Cathar castle of Carcassonne, the open-air market in Revel, or picnic on the banks of the Canal du Midi... LOCALISATION IN THE HAUTE-GARONNE

If you are arriving in France by plane, you can either land at Toulouse (Toulouse-Blagnac International Airport) or Carcassonne (Carcassonne-Salvaza Regional Airport) with daily flights from London Stansted Airport. It takes around 50 minutes to reach the Domaine d'En Pilote from these two airports, by car. By train, the nearest railway station is Villefranche-de-Lauragais, located at approximately 8 km from the property. From Villefranche, you will need to rent a car to be able to travel around. By car, there are several ways to arrive: - From Toulouse by toll motorway (A61) - Exit from Toulouse, and take the toll motorway A61, in the direction of Montpellier/Barcelona. Take the exit n°20 named Villefranche-de-Lauragais / Revel. Pass two roundabout in the direction of Villefranche-de-Lauragais. At the third roundabout, turn right to enter the city. You will see the Police station on your right handside. Carry straight down until you see on your left hand side esso Express gasoline station. Turn left in the tiny little street, named Allée des Roses. Go ahead until you don't have any other choice than turning right or left at the end of this street. At the intersection, you will see the Direction of the village named Vallegue. Follow this direction. You will exit from Villefranche-de-Lauragais and continue on the D622 [6.3 km]. Turn right on the D79 [3.5 km] to reach Mourvilles-Hautes. From Toulouse by the National road (N 113) - Take the N113 to leave Toulouse for about 28.9 km, in the direction of Villefranche-de-Lauragais. On the N113, you have to pass the following towns: Ramonville-Saint-Agne, Auzeville-Tolosane, Castanet-Tolosan, Pompertuzat and Montgiscard. Enter Villefranche-de-Lauragais, continue down few hundred meters after the first roundabout until you see on your left hand side esso Express gasoline station. Turn left in the tiny little street, named Allée des Roses. Go ahead until you don't have any other choice than turning right or left at the end of this street. At the intersection, you will see the Direction of the village named Vallegue. Follow this direction. You will exit from Villefranche-de-Lauragais and continue on the D622 [6.3 km]. Turn right on the D79 [3.5 km] to reach Mourvilles-Hautes. From Carcassonne by toll motorway (A61) - Exit Carcassonne, and take the toll motorway A61, in the direction of Toulouse/Bordeaux. Exit at junction n°20 named Villefranche-de-Lauragais / Revel. Pass two roundabout in the direction of Villefranche-de-Lauragais. At the third roundabout, turn right to enter the city. You will see the Police station on your right handside. Carry straight down until you see on your left hand side esso Express gasoline station. Turn left in the tiny little street, named Allée des Roses. Go ahead until you don't have any other choice than turning right or left at the end of this street. At the intersection, you will see the Direction of the village named Vallegue. Follow this direction. You will exit from Villefranche-de-Lauragais and continue on the D622 [6.3 km]. Turn right on the D79 [3.5 km] to reach Mourvilles-Hautes. From Carcassonne by the National Road (N113) - Exit from Carcassonne and take the N113 on the direction of Toulouse for about 40.4 km, via Pezens, Alzonne, Villepinte and Saint-Martin-Lalande. Carry on the D1 on the direction of Montmaur for about 7.8 km, via Ricaud. Enter into Montmaur, carry on the D1 [920 m]. Exit from Montmaur and carry on the D1 [4.4 km]. Turn right on the D72 [200 m] to reach Mourvilles-Hautes. From the village of Mourvilles-Hautes to the Domain « d'En Pilote » - Mourvilles-Hautes, there is only one intersection in the village. If you are facing the church, you should take the road on your left hand side, going to Bélesta Les Casses and exit the village. Once you leave the village, you will have to go straight across the first intersection, on the road that is bordered with plane trees (in the direction of “les Casses”) on the D72d. At the first turning on your right, take the little lane on the left (sign posted “En Pilote”)... You have arrived!!!

You will be able to book the gite by e-mail, but this should not be considered as a confirmed reservation. Booking options by email will only be guaranteed for 5 working days until confirmation by post is received. After this time, the reservation will not be valid.

1.3 - Booking confirmation.
Benoit or Eric will send you a confirmation fax, letter or email, to ensure you that everything is in order.
1.4 – Payment of the rental fees.
Any rent has to be fully paid before the end of your stay. The first down payment when you make the reservation, and the balance the day of your arrival at Domaine d'En Pilote.
2 – General information about your stay at the Domaine d'En Pilote.
If you are staying at least one week at the Domaine d'En Pilote, accommodation will be ready on the first day at 4 pm. The check out time on your day of departure will be at noon. Arrival and departures days are on Saturdays. In case of late arrival (after 8 pm), please inform us in advance.
If you arrive before the above times the accommodation may not be ready. In this case, you will be able, if you wish to do so, leave your luggage with us, until you return after a bit of sightseeing or a visit to the village, you can also stay on the property if you wish, weather permitting.
3 – Deposit.
Upon your arrival, 200 € deposit will be asked for and returned to you on your departure, only if the cottage has been cleaned and nothing is missing or damaged. An inventory of fixtures and fittings will be done on the day you arrive at the cottage. The tenant can also do it him/herself, asking him/her to inform us immediately of any damage or missing items. For late night or early morning departures the deposit will be sent to you later, subject to any possible deductions for cleaning, repairs or missing items. If you decide to leave without doing an inventory of fixtures or fittings, any repairs or replaced items will be the decision of the owners and any deductions will be deducted from the deposit.
4 – Pets.
Pets are not allowed. Exceptions can be made, on a case-to-case basis, and must be discussed with us prior to your arrival.
5 – Cancellation.
Any changes related to your stay will be considered as a cancellation, and must be replaced by a new booking. In this case, the conditions of cancellation are as follows:
More than 45 days before the arrival date: 5%
Between 45 and 21 days before the arrival date: 25%
In case of no-show on the schedule arrival day, no refund will be made, except for exceptional reason.
Be careful : if you arrive later or leave earlier than scheduled, no refund will be made either.
6 - Caution.
Arrival after the scheduled day or anticipated departure will be considered as a cancellation for the non used period, no refund will be given, whatever the reason of departure is.
7 - Thefts, Damage and Insurance.
Benoît Loubet and Eric Loubet will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your person or personal belongings, while on the domain, or outside. It would be the same for any kind of body damage. We suggest you do not bring valuable things, or large amounts of cash.
7.1 Responsibility.
We suggest that you to take a personal insurance cover. Our insurance covers only our own responsibilities.
7.2 Swimming-pool.
Access to the swimming pool remains your responsibility for any kind of damage. You will also be responsible for looking after any children in your charge who are in the swimming-pool area. Pets are not accepted in the pool area.
8. Dispute.
All comments related to your stay should be sent within 7 days, after the departure date. All letters have to be sent to:
