Le Grenier is our most luxurious gite at La Julerie. ; all of the gites at La Julerie have open plan ground floors, so nobody is left in the kitchen whilst the others are sitting and enjoying themselves! In addition to the central heating, this gite has a wood burning stove which makes it ideal for use throughout the year. Downstairs there is a dining area near to the kitchen, a salon with TV and DVD players and a washroom with basin and toilet. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities, one has an en-suite bathroom, with bath, basin and toilet, whilst the other has a shower as opposed a bath; on the upper floor there is a family room with 2 single beds, a large settee which converts into a full size double bed; its en-suite bathroom has a delightful French styled stand alone bath (with shower attachments), basin, toilet and bidet. It is everyone's favourite! There is a lawned area to the front of this gite and a patio behind which is accessed through French doors; where you will find wooden garden furniture and a barbeque, then some further lawned area; the garden then opens up to a larger area which is shared with other guests staying at La Julerie. Robert & Elizabeth Norman are an English couple who have spent many holidays in the area and now live locally throughout the summer; all of the conversion work was undertaken by their son Tim who now lives across the yard from the Gites with his French wife Lydiane and their family. Lydiane has her own hair salon adjoining their house and will be more than delighted to take care of all of your family's hair during your stay at La Julerie. A very popular feature at La Julerie is its indoor heated swimming pool which is surrounded by a walled patio and accessed through the adjoining games room where there is a table tennis table, toys for the younger children, a seating area, showers and a toilet; it is open from 1 April until the end of the New Year holiday annually. During fine weather its retractable glass cover is opened. A reduction of 10% is offered if all 4 Gites are all reserved for full weeks, except during high season.
