Located in the heart of Plateau Glières, protected natural site at 1400 m, located between Annecy and Geneva, the Chalet du Collet welcomes you warmly in both appartments for an active holiday or rest, surrounded by nature in its beautiful setting between mountains. The cottage is situated on 3000m² of land maintained and equipped with parking, tables and a smal rock. Le Coquelicot on the 1st floor is spacious, bright, comfortable and well equipped. There is a large living room with dining area, 2 pull-out sofa bed (2 x 90cm + 1 x 90cm), television, stove, balcony access (garden furniture), bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet. You will find on demand, but no extra charge, all necessary equipment for infants ages (logo cuddly baby). For your stay with family or friends, you can combine the two apartments for a capacity of 12 persons. In summer, the Plateau Glières is a place with beautiful alpine hiking, rock climbing walls, caving sites, mountain bike trails and visits to farms where you can buy local products. In winter, the Plateau becomes a vast northern site where you can go skiing / skating (possibility to take courses), sledding (groomed trails), snowshoeing or dog sledding. In this place, you can also find restaurants typically Savoyard, the Monument to the Resistance with its historic circuit and the Plateau House for tourist information and equipment rental. Throughout your stay, the owner of the Chalet du Collet is at your disposal to guide you in your discovery of the Plateau and its environs, as Thorens and its Castle, and Lake Annecy, the Aravis resorts...
