La Tuilerie is an old house (type vineyard house) entirely renovated, with, on the floor, a large living room with fitted and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bed 160 in each room, convertible into 2 single beds, and 7 m a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds suitable for 2 children, toilet with bath (total area upstairs : 80 m²). A terrace with umbrella and table and chairs complete the game to live. On the ground floor, a large tiled room (formerly the garage) with a laundry room and 2 washing machine, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a large room (possibility to install the ping-pong table). A separate summer kitchen with a stone barbecue, gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a table suitable for 6 people allows well enjoy the outdoors as to prepare the meals to eat there. The house has a large plot of 2000 sqm planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean trees and a large lime tree providing shade and a large pool of 6 mx 13 m, surrounded by a lawn, 8 sunbeds and garden furniture. Private parking in the courtyard, enclosed by a large gate. The use of home ground and the pool is totally private, available to tenants. La Tuilerie is a little outside the village of Cazouls d'Hérault, quiet village where life is good. Shops are 2 km, Paulhan and Lésignan-la-Cebe, renowned for its sweet onions. Access to the A75 motorway (free from Clermont-Ferrand to Beziers, toll for the Millau Viaduct) is 1 km from the house. The pretty little town of Pézenas is 6 km away, Montpellier 40 minutes and Barcelona 2h30 by motorway. Numerous tourist attractions, proximity to the Etang de Thau, Meze and Bouzigues for its oysters, the town of Sète and the Lake Salagou, Cévennes foothills, vineyards and beautiful Mediterranean villages are in an area where there makes good visit and walking. Cultural activities abound and many festivals throughout the summer will make your stay more enjoyable. The sheets for 160 beds and bunk beds are provided as well as towels. Internet access.
