Ideally located between Sarlat and Souillac, just south of the Dordogne in the Dordogne, this lovely home is located in the Dordogne valley in the hills of Calviac, quiet, between meadows and forests. Calviac is a small village located 15 minutes from Sarlat and Souillac and 5 minutes from the river banks. The village includes a post office, a grocery store. The log house consists of : • the ground floor, an entrance hall, a lounge dining room of 37 m², fitted kitchen of 7 m², a toilet and a storeroom - • Upstairs are two bedrooms with closets and a bathroom with tub and toilet. A nice balcony extends the master bedroom overlooking the garden. The house, well exposed to the south, is very bright and the sun is present from morning to night. A large garden surrounds. At the rear of the house, a grove of oaks allows you to enjoy a cool shade either for meals or relaxing moments. The nature lovers will be delighted by the greenery, proximity to outdoor activities such as canoeing, mountain biking, bike riding (nearby : a bike path connecting Souillac in Sarlat), hiking, the route zip line through the trees, or hot air balloon… The adepts of history and prehistory can also discover or rediscover the prehistoric sites of the Vézère valley. The castles and villages along the Dordogne will delight you with their charm and history. Many excursions are to be expected ! The house is open from May to September.
