The cottage is located in a charming Provencal villa in a green setting on a hill of several acres classified green area and close to all amenities. At 5 minutes from the seaside, you have the possibility to leave your vehicle on the spot and a direct bus line will take you to the beaches. The view is unobstructed on the surrounding hills and the path is strictly private, 3 parking spaces are at your disposal. This cottage is fully equipped (see description) and has three bright rooms that benefit from a maximum sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The living room and one of the bedrooms open onto a small garden where you can take sunbathing, breakfasts and grill in the shade of the pergola. This area of relaxation authentic, soothing is preserved since the villa nestles among the mimosas, fruit trees and olive trees that we have planted over the years. Cagnes Sur Mer because of its geographical location is ideal to discover the French Riviera since it is located between Monaco and Cannes. You are close to both the back country rich in remarkable and picturesque villages (Saint Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Biot, Saint-Jeannet, Vence…) and also cities as prestigious as Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Monaco. From Cagnes sur Mer, you will appreciate its markets with local colors and scents, its small producers who will provide you with seasonal fruits and vegetables, its beautiful promenade of the seaside, its shaded terraces and cafes. For the gourmands, the numerous restaurants and bakeries will propose you specialties of the region : tart with blettes, pissaladière, socca and the incomparable small farcis of Niçois. You can come to Cagnes Sur Mer in summer for its beaches, its summer atmosphere but also in the back season very pleasant to radiate in the back country where ballads are as numerous as varied.
