The Chai is a cottage located in a property of 7400 m² with 3 lodgings, 1 park with heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis free 2 steps and game room and 1 courtyard with indoor parking. The cottage includes 1 living room of + / - 35 m² with us equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave combi, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle, etc…), 1 room of 25 m² (bed 160) with walk-in shower, toilet and sink on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor of 20 m² (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90) with walk-in shower, toilet and sink with disabled access). A shared laundry room with washing machine is at your disposal. We are located 15 km from Royan, 15 km from Saintes and 6 km from Saujon (small spa town), at the exit of the village of Saint Romain de Benet which includes a baker, a butcher, a post office, a small supermarket and a bar-tabac.
