Private parking is available to the front of the apartment. The apartment is in the village of St Jacut, and you can easily walk to a good bakers, a small shop and a number of good restaurants. Larger supermarkets (Super U) are a short drive away. St Jacut is situated on a peninsula with 11 safe sandy beaches to explore. As well as swimming in the clean waters rock-pooling and fishing, a sailing school is close by as well as a diving school. Kayak hire is also available. The area is ideal for cycling, or walking along the coastal footpath which runs directly outside the front of the house. Close by is the ruined Chateau Guildo and the peaceful Arguenon river valley. The popular resorts of Dinard, St Briac and St Lunaire are very close. A little further is the walled port of St Malo, the medieval town of Dinan and the world heritage site of Mont St. Michel. There is a good number of excellent golf courses a short drive away from the house, including Dinard (founded in 1887), St Malo, Pen Guen (St Cast) and Sables D'Or at Cap Frehel.
