Welcome to "Marie", a terraced house of 85 m², with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate 4 adults maximum. You will love the living room / gallery which opens onto the inner courtyard and its view of the countryside at sunrise. The gîte Marie is the oldest building on the Domaine. In the large room, the canopy of Mary has found a new life in the middle of original rustic elements such as the French ceiling and the stone fireplace of the seventeenth century. You will enjoy meeting in your private space in the inner courtyard with table, chairs and garden furniture. Dedicated to an exclusively adult clientele, our cottages and guest rooms with swimming pool, spa, massage and park are in the heart of Périgord. For a relaxing stay we will be happy to welcome you in a Domaine consisting of 4 charming cottages and a bed and breakfast. The pool: Slightly away from the cottages, with a dimension of 12 x 4, it offers beautiful views and enjoys maximum sunshine. For your comfort, we provide deckchairs, parasols, an outdoor solar shower and a pergola with garden furniture. The salt filtration system avoids the inconvenience of the smell of chlorine and does not irritate the skin. A heat pump helps maintain a mild water temperature. The swimming pool is open from June to September depending on weather conditions. Only the wearing of swimwear is allowed (shorts & Bermuda shorts prohibited) - For security reasons access to the pool and spa is prohibited to customers under 16 years old. The indoor spa includes: -A jacuzzi with a capacity of up to four adults. It has 50 jets with different massage functions, a chromotherapy and aromatherapy system, - An infrared sauna with a capacity of two adults, - An indoor shower with hypoallergenic shampoo & shower gel, specific to the use of the jacuzzi. - Sandals to move around the spa. - A large bay window offers a perspective on the countryside. The Spa is accessible from 2: 30 p.m. to 9: 30 p.m. (45 minutes per accommodation per day, to be booked on the board at the entrance of the Spa). A naturism area is planned in the orchard. We ask our guests to wear a swimsuit around the pool. Animals - Many animals are present at Domaine des Ormeaux (dogs, cats, horses, etc…). In order for us to receive your pet with peace of mind (as well as for our guests and our animals), we have established the following conditions: Your pet must be sociable with its congeners and not destructive, One animal per accommodation is allowed: dog (max 20 kg) or cat (birds, reptiles or any other animal are not accepted) with the exception of assistance dogs with certificate. A fee of € 5 / night will be applied and an additional deposit of € 500 will be requested.
