The spa resort of Vichy at the heart of the Bourbonnais area is famous for its Célestins spring, which is naturally carbonated and has a constant temperature of 17.3°C. Famous for its digestive properties, this mineral-enriched water is also known for being good for the skin and complexion, hence the famous slogan "the Célestins complexion".

A few kilometres south of the town of Vichy, the mineral water of Saint-Yorre, which is especially rich in bicarbonates, is highly prized for its unique taste and digestive properties.
