It is in the Tricastin region, zone grouping together the South of the Drôme and the North of the Vaucluse, that grows the famous "black diamond". This one carries the AOC quality label. To obtain a truffle, equivalence between climate, ground and host tree (oak) is necessary. The truffle is collected between November and March.
