This typical Savoie recipe consists of arranging cooked potatoes cut in slices, onions and grilled bacon cubes in a dish. Before browning in the oven, this preparation must be covered with one grated Reblochon, a famous cheese of the Haute-Savoie. Tartiflette can be eaten with a green salad and some delicatessen meats. Enjoy!
