Area of unusual landscapes, the Sidobre massif offers series of granite blocks with original shapes. The sites to be discovered are Peyro Clabado, a granite rock maintained in balance on a pedestal; the Resse chaos, a river with many rocks; the Merle lake; the Oie rock, and the Trois Fromages. This plateau is also the industrial sector of granite. Once extracted and worked, granite is meant for funeral art, internal decoration, and town building. |
