Inseparable from the history of the capital, the famous Parisian river originates in Burgundy and to be precise in the Côte d'Or. In the city of Paris, its length is thirteen kilometres.

The stroll on the Seine aboard a pleasure steamer (bateau-mouche) is romantic and introduces visitors to the capital from a different angle. The banks of the Seine, very pleasant too, are great for walking. How lovely when booksellers exposes their old books and posters along the Seine!
