This well-known salad is a delicious mixture of tomatoes, salad leaves, green pepper, cucumber, radish, cébettes (leek-like vegetables), small artichokes, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, Nice olives and some anchovy filets. It is covered with some olive oil and basil. Very fresh!
