Inseparable from the capital's history, the famous Parisian river has its source in Burgundy, specifically in the Côte d'Or département. It stretches 13 kilometres through the city of Paris.

A trip along the Seine on board a bateau-mouche pleasure boat is romantic and lets visitors explore the capital from a different angle. The banks of the Seine are also very pleasant and a great place for a walk – especially among the secondhand booksellers and their stalls of old books and posters!
