In Chartres can be found the Picassiette house, also named the thousand-fragments house, a famous work of Naïve Art produced in the 20th century by Raymond Isidore and today a listed monument. Mosaics of broken tiles, crockery and glass adorn all the walls, floors, ceilings and furniture of the house. Raymond Isidore also decorated his garden and built a chapel and a tomb. An unusual and incredibly original work not to be missed!
