Originating from the Nice inland countryside, this delicious dish consists of delicious Provence vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, onions, tomatoes, peppers) stuffed with a different filling depending on the vegetable. Petits farcis can be served with a good ratatouille, a Provencal vegetables stew cooked in olive oil. The cuisine of the Nice region is certainly delicious!
