Palluau-sur-Indre is a charming village of old houses situated on a steep slope in the Indre valley and dominated by a fine feudal castle.
The old priory of Saint-Laurent is home to some particularly superb Romanesque frescoes, including one of the Virgin in Majesty and one of Christ in Majesty.
