It is in the green and peaceful setting that stands the Sainte-Trinité abbey of Lucerne, a medieval monastic centre founded in the 12th century. The abbey is open to the public and visit highlights include the Romanesque abbey church, cellars, lavatorium, refectory and Hosts room.

Founded in the 12th century. Nestled in a lush valley, the abbey of La Lucerne was occupied by canons Premonstratensian. This whole novel is dominated by Anglo-Norman tower that announces Gothic architecture. Since 1959, under the auspices of Lelégard abbot, the abbey has a backup and restoration work remarkable. Many buildings are to discover: the porter and his bakery, the halls of justice, the abbey church and its ribbed vault, the refectory and the cellar, the park crossed by an aqueduct, the abbey home and plan water, the building of cottages and 15th century dovecote.
