A speciality of Provence and more specifically Valensole plateau, lavender honey is known for its subtle and delicate creamy taste. Harvested after flowering from the end of July, this delicious nectar benefits from two recognised quality labels: the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) "Miel de Provence" and Label Rouge (Red Label).
