Saint-Mathurin de Larchant church was built from the late 12th century to the early 16th century and, despite being partly ruined following severe weather and the Wars of Religion, represents a superb example of Gothic architecture. This beautiful listed historic monument boasts impressive dimensions and is dominated by an imposing 50m-high bell tower porch. It has preserved a carved portal depicting the Last Judgement.
