Nicknamed the "Venice of the Comtat", L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is a very pleasant little town where you can take restful, romantic walks along the River Sorgue. The beautiful antique shops lining the canals and pretty water wheels along the river give the town real charm.

At Easter, an international antiques fair attracts numerous exhibitors.
