Capital of Bouriane, the city of Gourdon is also a medieval town with a church and old town to be discovered. Its fortified gate dating from the 14th century leads walkers to the Majou street and to its houses. At the top of the city, a viewpoint offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the surrounding countryside of Bouriane. Chestnut and hazelnut trees are a special feature of this region.
