Bearing a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) and a Red Label, Gers farm-bred poultry – chicken, guinea fowl, turkey, capon and fattened chicken – is reared outdoors in grassy, shady runs, and benefits from natural, 100% plant and mineral-based food, at least 80% of which is cereal.
Gers poultry is famous for the flavour and firmness of its flesh. Whether it's roasted, grilled or fricasseed, it's a delight for all meat-lovers!
