Guide of the Ille-et-Vilaine

Travel Guide > France > Brittany > Ille-et-Vilaine > Dinard

Pearl of the Emeraude coast, Dinard is an elegant seaside resort which knew how to preserve its spirit of the Belle Epoque, as illustrated by its numerous listed villas dating from the end of the 19th century.

Besides the beautiful beaches of Ecluse, Prieuré, Saint-Énogat and Port Blanc, holiday-makers can take advantage of magnificent coastal strolls, such as those of the Promenade du Clair de Lune (Moonlight Walk), the Moulinet head point and the Malouine head point. Running alongside the sea, these walks allow discovering the Belle Epoque heritage and architecture of Dinard, which is also a city of Art and History.

The British Film festival is held every year in October.
