The Corsican delicatessen meat is famous for its quality and for its fragrant taste. Its unique flavour comes from the fact that the pigs, bred in the open with relative freedom, feed on sweet chestnuts and acorns. The most famous preparations are coppa (cured pork shoulder), figatelli (liver sausage), lonzu (loin) and prisuttu (cured ham). Enjoy!
