World-famous, Cognac is a brandy from white grape varieties carrying the AOC quality label. The bounded production region divides into six vineyards: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois, Bons Bois and Bois Ordinaires. Famous as a digestive, Cognac is also frequently used to perfume dishes and desserts.
