The Pays d'Othe area, which extends over a part of the Aube and the Yonne in Burgundy, is a sector known for its production of farm cider. In Eaux-Puiseaux, a cider museum looks back at the history of this tradition with exhibits of, among others, presses and stills.

For those interested, a Cider festival is held in Aix-en-Othe in September.
