To make a cheese fondue, take a heavy saucepan and rub it with garlic. Fill it with one glass of white Savoie wine per person, add cubes of Beaufort and Emmental cheese and heat until melted. Using a special fork, each dinner guest dips chunks of bread into the fondue. A convivial atmosphere is guaranteed!
