Grown on the clay and limestone plateaus of the appellation area of the north of Tarn-et-Garonne and the south of Lot, the Chasselas de Moissac grape, which has benefited from a Appellation of Controlled Origin since 1971, is popular among refined gourmets for its sweet aromas and its firm flesh. Rich in vitamins and oligo-elements, this white table grape, with its round, delicate, golden, luminous fruit, offers nutritional, detoxifying and remineralising benefits in addition to its delicious taste, and is ideal for a grape cure.
If you love grapes, don't miss the Chasselas Festival, which takes place on the third weekend in September in Moissac!
