Speciality of Franche-Comté, cancoillotte is made from curdled unpasteurised skimmed milk, called meton. It is then matured and melted with water, butter, salt and herbs and herbs and spices. Cancoillotte can be enjoyed cold or hot as a fondue. Delight guaranteed!
