The Buzet vineyard is located in the Pays d'Albret region between the Garonne river and the Landes forest on the hillsides around the village of Buzet-sur-Baïse. The vineyard covers 2,000 hectares and produces red (85%), rosé and white AOC wines.
Its powerful, full-bodied reds are made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. They pair perfectly with red and white meats, poultry, game and uncooked pressed cheese.
Energetic wine buffs mustn't miss the winemakers walk and cycle ride (Randonnée des Vignerons) on the first Sunday in September – an original way of exploring the Buzet vineyard!
