The Brézé Renaissance castle owns the deepest dry moats in Europe. Very impressive, these moats are 18-metre deep and 13-metre wide!

Particularly unusual, the galleries extending under the castle form a real underground fortress which can be visited. This troglodyte set is home to notably storerooms, juicers, a bakery, a magnanerie (silk farming) and a covered way.
