City of Art and History, but also a sea town, Boulogne-sur-Mer is composed of two very different parts. Its upper town is formed by ramparts protecting, among others, a castle museum, basilica and belfry. The lower city is marked by the presence of fishing, goods and sailing ports. Nausicaà, the National Sea Centre, is dedicated to the marine world and to oceans.
