The famous Marseille fish soup is a soup made with rock fish (scorpion fish, conger, gurnard, red mullet, sea bass, for example) and ingredients such as onions, garlic cloves, tomatoes, Provençal herbs and saffron. A spiced sauce named rouille, and croutons soaked with garlic accompany perfectly this delicious dish.
