Dating from the time of Napoleon III, the big seaside resort of Biarritz situated on the Atlantic coast has preserved all its charm. Spread out along the coast are villas in a variety of architectural styles and numerous chic hotels. The coast here is lined with sandy beaches and big rocks. The surfing spirit is very present, with international competitions held here.

You can go on beautiful coastal walks along the cliffs and rocks. This well-marked footpath is packed with lovely little spots in among the rocks. Ideal for taking a rest!
