Watten, traversed by the AA, as with his "Mountain" to 72 meters, the last link in the chain of mountains of Flanders. In the limit of the maritime plain Flemish Watten is only few steps from Saint-Omer and its marshes and twenty miles from Dunkirk and vast beaches of the coast.
