Venterol village is composed of 9 hamlets stretching from the Durance to the edge of the forest roads of Mount Montsérieux.

Many activities are to discover the town, the vast forest estate Montsérieux can practice hiking (4 trails) and riding, mountain biking (8 footpaths) summer skiing and snowshoe hikes in the winter.

Add to that, tennis and bowls at the micro-nursery.

Each year, the life of the town is pulsed to the rhythm of the festivals organized by volunteers of the association Tara. These are traditionally divided in each hamlet.

As the year begins with Flora Celebrate the first weekend of June with a rando discovery of the flora, a cooking class on wild plants followed by a meal and a dance party.

Then comes the end of July, the summer festival with his rando bike, assistance balls, meals, games for children and dance party.

Mid-August is held the traditional picnic Tourondet, during which the ancestors were in the mountain meadow Tourondet near the Fountain of Pluis.

Late October is the last opportunity to meet with the meal of the St Crispin, where you can enjoy the deer or thrushes.

Cultural activities are also offered occasionally by the Office du Tourisme de la Motte du Caire as concerts or theatrical performances.
